1. Who we are

TradeHub.team ("TradeHub", "we", "us") is an analytics and education platform operated from the Republic of Moldova. These Terms govern your use of the website, dashboard, private notification channels, and related services (the "Services").

By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. What TradeHub is — and is not

TradeHub provides market analytics, data visualizations, algorithmically generated trade setups, alerts, and educational content related to cryptocurrency derivatives markets.

TradeHub is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, portfolio manager, or fiduciary. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument, or a recommendation tailored to your personal circumstances. All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. See the Risk Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services and any trading activity you undertake is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Services are not directed at any jurisdiction where their use would be unlawful.

4. Accounts

You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials secure, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. One account per person. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse promotional mechanics, or attempt to circumvent access controls.

5. Access tiers, subscriptions, and payments

Access to certain features is granted based on (a) verified monthly trading volume on partner exchanges linked through our affiliate program, or (b) prepaid subscriptions paid in USDT.

• Subscriptions are prepaid for a fixed period and do not auto-renew.
• Cryptocurrency payments are final. Because of the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, payments are non-refundable once confirmed, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise.
• Volume-based tiers are recalculated periodically; tier downgrades occur automatically when qualifying conditions are no longer met.
• We may change tier thresholds, pricing, and features prospectively, with notice on the platform.

6. Affiliate relationships (disclosure)

TradeHub participates in affiliate programs with partner exchanges. If you register on a partner exchange through our links, TradeHub may receive a commission or fee rebate derived from your trading activity, at no additional cost to you. Volume-based access tiers and promotional campaigns are funded in whole or in part by these arrangements.

7. Promotional campaigns

From time to time we run promotional campaigns (e.g., volume-based prize seasons). Each campaign is governed by its published rules, which form part of these Terms for participants. We reserve the right to disqualify participants engaging in manipulation, self-dealing, wash trading, multiple-account abuse, or other conduct contrary to the spirit of a campaign, and to withhold prizes in such cases. Campaign prizes may be subject to taxes in your jurisdiction; you are solely responsible for them.

8. Intellectual property

The platform, its software, analytics, content, and branding are owned by TradeHub or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, or systematically extract content, signals, or data, including by sharing private channel content outside the channel.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to: share account access or private channel invites; attempt to bypass tier gating or technical protections; use the Services for unlawful activity; interfere with the operation of the platform; or misrepresent TradeHub content as your own or as personalized advice when sharing publicly.

10. Availability and changes

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, signal, or analysis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: TradeHub shall not be liable for any trading losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts you paid to TradeHub in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify TradeHub against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Services.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, liability, indemnity, governing law) survive.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova, unless mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence provide otherwise.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
