Privacy Policy — TradeHub.team
Last updated: June 2026
1. Who is responsible
TradeHub.team ("we") operates this platform from the Republic of Moldova and acts as the data controller for personal data described below. Contact: contact@tradehub.team.
2. What we collect
- Account data: email address, display name, hashed password (we never store plaintext passwords), language preference.
- Access and tier data: subscription status, payment references (transaction hashes for USDT payments — we do not collect card data), trading volume figures reported by partner exchanges for accounts linked through our affiliate program, and the exchange UID you provide for verification.
- Telegram data: if you join our private channels, your Telegram user ID and membership status, used to manage channel access.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, approximate location (country-level), device/browser type — collected via privacy-respecting, self-hosted analytics without cross-site tracking. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
- Communications: messages you send to support.
We do not collect your exchange API keys with trading permissions, your wallet private keys, or your exchange account credentials.
3. Why we process it (legal bases)
- To provide the Services and manage your account and tier — performance of contract.
- To verify trading volume for tier eligibility and campaigns — performance of contract / legitimate interest.
- To secure the platform (rate limiting, fraud and abuse prevention, audit logs) — legitimate interest.
- To send service notifications (alerts you subscribed to, account notices) — performance of contract.
- To send marketing communications, if any — consent, withdrawable at any time.
- To comply with legal obligations — legal obligation.
4. Sharing
We share data only with: (a) infrastructure providers that host the platform and backups (servers located in the EU/EEA); (b) partner exchanges, strictly to the extent needed to verify affiliate-linked accounts and volumes; (c) Telegram, inherently, when you interact with our bot and channels; (d) authorities, where legally required. We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Data is hosted in the EU/EEA. Where data is transferred outside Moldova/EEA (e.g., Telegram infrastructure), we rely on the safeguards available under applicable law.
6. Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted or anonymized within 90 days of account deletion, except where longer retention is required (e.g., records of payments and prize distributions, security logs). Backup copies cycle out on a fixed retention schedule.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (Law no. 133/2011 of the Republic of Moldova; GDPR where applicable), you have the right to access, rectify, delete, and receive a copy of your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights: contact@tradehub.team. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (in Moldova: CNPDCP; in the EU: your local authority).
8. Security
Passwords are hashed with a modern algorithm (argon2id); transport is encrypted (TLS); access to production data is restricted; databases are not exposed to the public internet; backups are encrypted at the storage layer. No system is perfectly secure — report vulnerabilities to contact@tradehub.team.
9. Cookies and analytics
We use strictly necessary cookies (session/authentication). For usage analytics we run a self-hosted instance of Umami, which is cookieless by design: it does not set cookies, does not fingerprint devices, and does not track you across other sites. It records page views, referrers (including UTM campaign parameters), country-level location, and product events (e.g., account registration, exchange linking), associated with a randomized session identifier — not with your name or email. Analytics data never leaves our own infrastructure. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
10. Children
The Services are not directed at persons under 18, and we do not knowingly process their data.
11. Changes
We will announce material changes to this policy on the platform.
